This interim notice describes current website inquiry practices while a broader privacy review is completed. The updated notice will supersede this one when it is published.

This notice describes how The Signature Collection handles the information you share through this website. Barb Riley, Susan Kabir, and Jackson Granger are brokers affiliated with Coldwell Banker Global Luxury Denver.

What we collect

The contact form and the Home Valuation request form collect the fields you submit — typically your name, email address, phone number if you provide one, the topic or property details you share, and any message or notes. For abuse prevention, the current handlers use the requesting IP address transiently in memory for best-effort rate limiting; the current contact and Home Valuation handlers do not store the IP address or browser user-agent on the inquiry record. The newsletter signup is not currently active on this site; see “Newsletter” below.

Why we collect it

We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry and provide the service you requested (a Home Valuation, an introduction, a conversation about a neighborhood).

Who sees it

Jackson Granger currently monitors and administers new website inquiries on behalf of The Signature Collection and coordinates the next step with the other founding partners as appropriate. The platform and service providers that operate this website may process your data as required to run the site and its inquiry systems, subject to the pending full privacy-policy review. We do not sell your information, we do not share it with third-party marketers, and we do not use it to build advertising audiences.

Where it is stored

Your information is stored in the managed database that backs this website, with access protected by authentication and per-row access controls. Specific hosting-region, encryption, and subprocessor details are being confirmed as part of the pending privacy-policy review and will be described in the final notice.

How long we keep it

Retention windows are still being finalized. Contact and Home Valuation inquiries are retained while the conversation is active, archived when no longer active, and reviewed for possible deletion after a longer period. No automatic deletion is currently enabled; any purge is a manual, reviewed action. Final periods will be stated in the updated privacy notice.

Newsletter

The newsletter signup is not currently active on this website, and no newsletters are being sent. Existing newsletter code and any existing subscriber records are preserved while the future consent, retention, and unsubscribe process is reviewed. No decision has been made about whether or when a newsletter will resume.

Cookies and tracking

No marketing or advertising analytics SDK was identified in the current application source. Technical storage used by authentication and normal site function, along with any behavior contributed by the underlying hosting platform, remains part of the broader privacy review and will be described in the final notice.
